Creative-Flex & Creative-Flock
This
example shows how two or more colours can be heat
pressed using
the Creative-Flex material.
Creative-Flock material is thicker than the
Creative-Flex, and once cut and
applied to garments, it has a luxury raised feel. Many
customers have
likened this to embroidery. Unlike Creative-Flex, the
Creative-Flock
material cannot be overlapped due to it's thickness.
Both, Creative-Flex and Creative-Flock material can
easily but cut using
any of our range of
computer linked cutting systems.
Creative-Flex material is thin but highly durable. This
makes it very suitable
for overlapping colours as can be seen in the dragon
t-shirt example. At
first glance (and feel) it could easily be mistaken for
high quality screen
printing.
Creative-Flex is a high quality polyurethane film with a
smooth matt finish.
It is soft and flexible allowing the film to stretch
with the garment. It is easy
to cut and apply due to the self-adhesive backing film,
which holds the
graphics in place on the garment until the heat press is
applied.
The Creative-Flex material is available in 22 colours
including gold & silver
Metallics, plus shocking neon green, yellow,
orange and pink!

press and cutting system. "Tribal designs" such as the
shown in this
t-shirt
example are highly fashionable, yet individualistic.
Creative Printers are able to supply a free design CD
containing 1000's of ready-to -cut designs
with every heat press and cutting system package
purchased. Within the CD, there are four distinct
sections which include;
Tribes, Celtic Capers, Ornaments, Pinstripes, Flames.
Many of these
designs are also suitable for vinyl cuttings and car
graphics. |

Hen & Stag Night T-Shirts

Personalised hen & stag night t-shirts
have become hugely popular in recent years. Often the
fun messages on these t-shirts are simple
and very easy to print. It is not at all unusual to get
orders of around a
dozen t-shirts at a time. On such quantities, the
profits are extremely
generous too!
The t-shirt example has also been printed using the
Creative-Flex
material. The cost to produce such a message is less
than 10p -
and our existing customers are happily charging around
£5.00 per
print, with the customer supplying their own t-shirts.
If you supply
the t-shirts as well as offer the printing service, you
profit margins
will be higher still.

Jackets, Workwear, Schoolwear.
The Creative-Flex material can be machine washed and it
is
very hard wearing.

Full colour
printing onto Light Garments
If you wish to print full
colour images onto light coloured garments,
then you will need our full colour laser transfer paper
for light coloured
garments as well as our laser printer.
Images printed by laser printers offer stronger and more
vivid colours
which are long lasting and withstand regular washing.

If you wish to print full
colour images onto dark coloured garments,
then you will need our full colour laser transfer paper
for dark coloured
garments as well as our laser printer.
Images printed by laser printers offer stronger and more
vivid colours
which are long lasting and withstand regular washing.
Our range of cutting system are also very useful for
cutting out the
white background of your transfer so there is no "square
background"
left on your garment.
