Five Colour Carousel Screen Printing Machine £1399.00+VAT

This is a free standing carousel screen printing machine with five screen holders
and four print boards. With this machine, you can print in 1, 2,3 , or 5 colours.

Features: 5 x Rotating screen arms with 28cm wide screen clamps, 4 x Rotating
T-Shirt Boards, Colour registration guides,  fully adjustable clamps.

Six Colour Free Standing Screen Printing Machine £1599.00+VAT

This is a free-standing carousel screen printing machine with six screen holders
and four print boards. For space saving and storage purposes, the board arms
can be removed. The rotation of the carousel boards requires a minimum room
width of 220cm.

Features: 6 x Rotating screen arms with 28cm wide screen clamps, 4 x Rotating
T-Shirt Boards, Colour registration guides,  fully adjustable clamps, movable print
boards, removable board arms for easy storage.



 

Free Standing Spot Dryer  £450.00+VAT

Unless using air drying inks, you will always require a Spot Dryer (eg. for
Plastisol Inks).  Plastisol inks usually fully cure within one minute under the
spot dryer. If printing in more than one colour, then you will need to 'dry between
colours' for approximately 10 seconds before you can print the next colour.

This RCD protected model has adjustable height from 500mm to 1150mm. It
contains a 2750w heating element and covers an area of 420mm x 420mm.

Caution: Care should be taken not to leave garments or empty boards under the
element due to the risk of fire. You should always install a smoke detector for added safety and peace of mind.

 

Exposure Unit  £199.00+VAT

An exposure unit is required if you wish to make your own screens in-house.
This is a 500w halogen 240v free standing exposure unit for use with
screen which have been coated with screen emulsion.

Simply place the coated screen under the unit with a sheet of glass (not included)
over the artwork in order to hold it flush and securely to the screen. Exposure time is about 4 to 6 minutes depending on the type of emulsion. With this unit, there is
no need for a vacuum bed. This exposure unit is suitable for screen up to 520mm x 700mm long. You will also require a thick sponge (not supplied) to place below
the screen. This is readily available from any upholstery outlet.
