Our dry printing process means that you can cater for short runs quickly and cheaply. There are no inks used in this printing process, its all clean, dry and instant!

You can use our cutting system in conjunction with our:

a) Creative-flex or Creative-Flock printable material, or
b) Our special laser transfer paper (in conjunction with a full colour laser printer/copier)

Both materials are specially designed to withstand washing at even 60 degrees centigrade without fading, flaking or cracking.  Our products are designed to work well with Cotton, Poly/Cotton, Polyester and even Leather.

 

Step by step:

Screen print quality without screens or inks!
	Outlay? From as little as £899.00+VAT (depending on machine configuration) for the heat press, computer cutter, software, and printable materials.
	Creative-Flex and Creative Flock come in a wide range of colours. You can purchase as little as one metre of any colour. Price is from as little as £5.75+VAT for 50cm x 1 Metre. That works out to just about 7 pence per pocket size logo! If you require extra sparkle on your garments, you can also cut foil and holographic material too. These cost more than flex material.
	Simply create your design in the software supplied. Copy & Paste several images on to work page if required. You can scan in images directly into the programme or import them as .BMP images. Our new software, supplied with our cutters now also incorporate autotrace facility enabling you to create cut lines quickly and efficiently. This is great for logos etc.
	Feed any colour Creative-Flex or Creative-Flock via our computer cutting system.  Press "Print" on your computer and our smart machine will start to cut your designs automatically!
	Once cut, simply weed away unwanted material.
	Position image on garment and switch on our heat press. With Creative-Flex, you can also overlap different colours (print one colour on top of another) to give you multi-colour print!    If your colours are spaced out (ie. not overlapping), then it is possible to print several colours in one go.
	When press has reached the required temperature - simply pull machine handle down for about 20 seconds.
	Lift handle and peel away the backing clear film - and presto! your garment is now permanently printed - and can be washed at 60 degrees centigrade.
